- Who would be assigned to my team? What is their experience? (Beware of large consultancies who pitch you with their “A” team, but assign the “B” team to your account once signed.

- What does your implementation process look like from start to finish?
- How do you tailor NetSuite for businesses with unique requirements or complex processes?
- What is your approach to data migration, and how do you ensure data integrity during the process?
